My wife does the same thing with a bunch of women in our ward. I would...
have no problem with this, but, these apparently become little more than opportunities for a few of the women to dish on their husbands and gossip about other women in the ward. I'm not a huge fan of these little events overall, but, I pick my battles.
Out of town, overnight trips with girlfriends would be a battle I'd choose to fight. That's just not going to happen.
