There are certain things that you give up when you get married and I believe that those types of things are just one of the things you give up (unless that is what you enjoy doing as a couple and you go together). IMO, a girl that is going to bars/clubs like that is trying to relive the single life. She misses the days where guys hit on her or just the night of getting dressed up to go out and having guys check her out. This is not good for a marriage.

A night or weekend off with friends where they chat, eat food, play games, see nature, enjoy a play/movie, or any other number of good activities is different and can be healthy. My wife has had these occasionally with a group of married girl friends and every time she comes back more in love with me and grateful that I am her husband.
