Having a social life outside of your marriage is a good thing.

There's probably a limit to the frequency, but I haven't needed to draw that line.

My wife gets together with a bunch of the girls from the ward about once a week to watch some show. They stay out late into the night and my wife comes home destressed. That's cool to me.
