up in the bailout that GM was drawing from to pay back the loan. Can't remember, exactly, but the gist was that there was the bailout 'loan' and a bailout escrow account or something, and they were just taking from the escrow account to pay the loan.

That was probably 2 years ago though, maybe they're really paying it back now. I thought business still was slow for GM though...
