Yes, I am mixing low intensity with a bit of high intensity.
In order to increase cardio performance, volume is necessary. Not seeing the results once upon a time I would receive.

Just curious, when you say “an hour of cardio plus weights,” do you mean you do an hour of cardio, then lift after?
