Depends on intensity of workouts imo. I’m a fan of low intensity, high volume
cardio for that reason. Can get 4 days of that with one day of high intensity cardio/hit. Combine that with 3-4 resistance training sessions a week and I think most can handle that just fine

High-intensity + high-volume just won’t end well for most
