Agreed. Even in instances of actual targeting it rarely seems malicious

I think 15 yards is sufficient in most cases, but the refs should have discretion to eject a player

It's a personal foul and just like every personal foul, the first offense should be a 15 yard penalty...

The ejection is for multiple unsportsmanlike personal fouls, not late hits or illegal hits
