There will be a bill in Utah this legislative session to completely ban cell
phones in schools. I'm sure it will be a nightmare for the schools unless parents get on board which means it will be a nightmare.

We usually start with Gabb and then move to iphone when they're 16. But Gabb GPS sucks and at time (maybe still)
