Forgive? Probably never. It was an unfathomable decision to call anything that had the chance to lead to Jake's equally bad decision to throw it and offer up just as poor execution.
The sun came up today, we still control our destiny. I hope Arod learns, and I absolutely believe Jake will improve and get better at QB play and decision making.
But holy cow. That play was awful, and I'm still somewhat struggling to believe I saw what I saw in that scenario of down, distance, timeouts remaining, recent history of plays that had worked, and the whole 9 yards....
