Do you give every 18yo Ute fan license to assault BYU fans if you let this kid
skate on this charge simply because of his age?
I get what everyone is saying, but my goodness. We're talking about misdemeanor. Not a felony here. At a minimum, there should be a punish to deter other fans from acting in a similar manner.
He made a choice. Choices have consequences. There needs to be accountability.
His age can be factored in when it comes to the punishment, but that doesn't mean we don't punish at all.
