Yeah, kids do kid stuff. When I turned 16, we drove around town and threw
water balloons at cars. We broke a pickup windshield but didn't know it. The Missoula cops chased us down and threw the four of us in a holding cell.

We were charged with malicious mischief, and paid $140 to fix the guy's windshield. The record was supposed to be expunged when we turned 18,

Fast forward to my second year of law school at JRCLS. I interviewed with the feds for positions in justice, admin, CIA and FBI. I was about to finish schooling and have a law degree with my CPA, and the interviewer was salivating about having me do white collar stuff. Then he said, "Unfortunately, you are not eligible to work for the federal government. You have a juvenile record."

I told him that was supposed to be expunged, and he said, "Nothing is expunged with us".

Big brother, I hate that guy.
