you will pay a high price in balance and mobility. Maintain a healthy weight, do flexibility stuff, muscle and bone maintenance. Many are falling apart in their 50's or earlier because they don't/won't take care of themselves. JMO. Turning 76 and counting.
Didn't want to scare you off, however I will add that a healthy nutritional diet shouldn't be neglected at any age.
