VO2 max/Zone 5 intervals 1x/week. It's my shortest workout, and most painful - I sort of dread it
but I feel like it provides more benefit than any other workout. If I could only do one workout per week, this would be it.

Ideally I add to that at least 3 hours of steady-state zone 2 exercise and 2-3 strength workouts per week, plus recreational exercise.
