They said they had "witnesses" that I went through a red light, which I didn't. Then the on-scene officer gave a citation to their insured for causing the accident. They still insisted it was my fault and refused to pay - even though it was totally clear that she had caused the accident by turning in front of me. Eventually my insurance took them to court, and they were forced to pay. The BR agent, a guy in UT was a total jerk talking with me on the phone, saying how I had caused the accident.
To this day (yes, I hold grudges) I'd still like to walk into his office and give him a piece of my mind.
I wouldn't EVER recommend BR to anyone. They're dishonest and can't be trusted.
