very visible on the field. Exhibit #1 is all of the illegal touching penalties and WR/TE line-up issues last year. There is ZERO excuse for those types of discipline issues with a D-1 football program. You rarely see those types of screw ups in pee-wee football.

If the discipline issues in the background are cleaned up, there is a high probability there will be few discipline issues on the field.
