The confusion here is you probably aren't aware that you can pick up your pivot
foot and shoot. That is a legal move if done in lockstep.
The second you hit the ground with your pivot foot after picking it up, it's a travel.
But you most certainly can lift your pivot foot off the ground while in a shooting motion (which Jokic was)
