If you exclude Colorado as an anomaly (they had ⅔ of that viewership in the first ⅓ of their games, but dropped off precipitously afterwards and haven't generally drawn well in other years), the biggest draw going into the new Big 12 is ... Utah at #8 or TCU at #9.
The PAC teams are probably skewed a bit low (PAC12 Network suppresses total viewership), but every team remaining can also expect a drop by virtue of no longer having games against Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon, USC, or Washington
