As a School Principal myself, it would be my expectation for every member of my staff to send a student making such comments directly to me for me to handle. No staff member should be subjected to such comments from any student whatsoever. Have her document precisely what was said, and when and where it was said. Make administration aware. If nothing happens, and it continues, then document some more (be specific and precise) and include all of the actions she took with both the student and admin. If it continues, surely there is a district grievance policy that she can pursue. If all of that fails, move here to Idaho and I’ll help her find a job where she isn’t subjected to such harassment.
