Yes. But it made negligible difference until this season. This season it was a
Yuge difference. You must realize this or u would not be worried about how it will impact Endzone seating.
I went from east sideline upper bowl right on the 50 yard line and about row 19 to South West corner of the Endzone upper at about row 19.

In the past endzone seats were renewable by the ticket holder each year. Next year all seats will be up for grabs
