Technically true but misleading.
Utah reverses the donation and seat prices so what most schools charge as the seat price, Utah charges as a donation and vice versa. There must be some accountant or lawyer somewhere that has a reason for setting it up that way.
Point is though, no one is buying a season ticket at Utah without donating no matter how they choose to do the math.
