I am who I am, who else can I be lol? I just don’t see the world as more negative than positive.
I agree with you, inflation is bad, but it’s not as bad as what my parents experienced in the 80s when it was rampant and interest rates aren’t like 15% on my parents bought their house in the 70s or when my dad started a business.
It went away for them, and I believe it will largely dissipate for me, for you, and for my kids when they get old enough to buy homes.
However, maybe they’re not gonna want to buy homes? My oldest has already said he doesn’t want to, and would prefer just to live someplace for a year and then move someplace else and experience a different situation and never buy a house or settle in one place for too long, it’s just a way different thing that I ever thought of doing but it’s an option that he may have in life, depending upon what career he eventually chooses.
