Real estate values, like stocks, go up and down but the trajectory is they always go up. Real estate has always been a wealth creator during contemporary generations. It will likely continue to do so. I bought a home in Utah in 2016 and todays value is double what I paid. That's not an indictment of bad policy it's the market.
I understand your arguments. You just seem to feel that there is such an injustice that somehow some generation has promulgated ON you and your generation that if you're not careful, may hold you back from obtaining the great blessings of American free market capitalism. I hope not. The streets of America are paved with gold. Go pick some up. Buy a nice home, work hard and prepare for a good life. It could be a lot worse.
