Most people, no matter what generation…
Don’t fully understand the power of compounding interest. My dad gave me his 3 financial commandments. I’ve strived to live by them
1. It’s not what you make it’s what you do with what you make
2. Concerning interest there are two kinds of people; those that pay it and those who earn it. Make sure you are the earning kind (max out 401k)
3. If you fail to plan; you plan to fail.
It’s pretty good counsel IMO
