I still tell this to college kids. Grind in your 20s and early thirties so by time you are in your late thirties / forties you can have more time for your family, have the financial independence to what you want to do and resources to support the causes you believe in.

I don’t care what industry you are in. You want to be successful you are going to have to put in more time than a 40 hour work week. Especially when you are starting out.
