kick. .45 have great stopping power. Something the 9mm lacks, that is why many govt agencies moved away from the 9mm. Many agents kept their .45's. Accuracy is a joke, b/c even though a 9mm is more accurate than a .45; 99% of the time you use the gun in self defense you will be within 6 ft of your assailant.
