Any professional evaluator would agree that his decision making is quite
untested and they realize that decision making is even more critical component of talent than the physical part.
You keep dodging that point.
I have not seen anyone, including myself, say that Max Hall is more physically talented than Wilson. Wilson wins that comparison easily.
Decision making for Max is totally proven - the good, the bad, and the ugly of it. It was proven over multiple seasons at BYU. Later it was proven in the NFL. What was proven was that he was an outstanding college QB and not so much as an NFL QB. I say he is totally proven, because the evidence is all in. He is done. It is clear what he is and what he isn't physically and the mental part.
ZW has proven that he can make all of the throws and do so against poor to decent defenses. He has not proven that he can do it vs elite defenses and to the extent he played against really good defenses, he struggled except USC.
NFL Scouts are willing to roll the dice that he will develop the mental part. That can get developed with experience. You either have the physical tools or you don't by this stage. ZW clearly has elite physical skills.
