It's a combination of poor coaching, poor talent, and scheme
But talent is the biggest reason why the team is flopping. No playmakers and no leadership. The recruiting for 2017 should have taken place 4+ years ago. It wasn't and now Sitake is reaping the consequences.

He didn't really beat BSU, nor Utah as of late. Seriously doubt it, the quality of players here is very bad.
