it basically gets into the minutia of selling on ebay...

what is/isn't a breach of intellectual rights?

sometimes, just how you describe something can cause a VeRO rebuke...even if the product doesn't actually violate any rights.

they have a whole dept assigned to the issue.

rarely do these cases get escalated from ebay to an actual court though.
