i'm questioning whether harvey unga "could sue" for misuse of his likeness...

since it isn't his likeness.

please say you understand...please say yes.

that was my question...i do think BYU would have a case because of the use of the oval Y...but the player? i doubt it.

further more...and this is just a guess based on a small sample size i'm familiar with...they would be flattered.
