i also find it ironic that the schools can sue, but not the players?

in futureAD's case...the name of the player is more "imagination" than anything else...but it's the problem the ncaa has had for a long time with the ed o'bannon case...does anyone doubt, at least this season, that #4 BYU jersey represents taysom hill?
