The noncall targeting call in the ASU/Texas game in my opinion should be a no call...
It was a very quick bang bang collision, there clearly was not a malice intent to use only the head in that tackle.
I still think the targeting should be reviewed, but one can clearly see if there was intent to lead with the head.
