Just saw the responses. Lol. I proposed the following: let's have a cook-out.

I'm on the boarder of Queen Creek and Gilbert, AZ. Obviously, people in Utah may not be able to compete but I'll put my brisket up against anyone.

For anyone interested but who may not have access to a grill, you are welcome to use mine. I've fit as many as 5 briskets on my smoker.

I mean, unless y'all are chicken...
