call a perfect game but if QB1 can't execute it then it may be the QB's fault but the OC takes some heat.
But at the end of the day, the OC is responsible for who is recruited, brought in, developed, and put on the field as QB1. So in that regard it is a huge blackeye on the CEO of the offense.
If your guys can't execute, you have to change what you do. For years Tuiaki didn't; Hill comes in and tailors what he does to fit the defense he has to work with. It would be nice to see ARod do that more often.
