I haven’t seen any discussion about potential lawsuits from victim
Against the 18 year old, the people who gave him the tickets(if that’s the case), and the university.
Is this something the U should be worried about? Throwing trash from the stands is against league policies, and it seems it has been a problem in sports for a while with no real curtailment.
Having some liability when someone gets hurt might go a long way in having more staff help regulate fan behavior.
