Banned for life, community service, record expunged after probation.
I don't know the victim but I assume she won't want to ruin the kid's life - but that may be dependent somewhat by whether or not she suffers any long term issues. He needs to suffer some consequences and they need to be made public to help stop this behavior in the future.
