Conover was a highly touted 4 star QB who spent several years under Arod’s leadership. Not only did he not get better…
he arguably got worse in college. Is that Arod’s fault? Absolutely not. The point is, some guys turn out and some guys don’t. It’s neither to Arod’s credit or to his blame.
