Obviously pay is different, but the gap between Utah and BYU will be small.

My evidence: KYU and his assistants including Burgess.
New president with a passion and very supportive of the sports program.
BYU has great donors with deep pockets.
The sports program will get a huge boost to the bottom line with full payout from BIG12. It was in the black even before the BIG12 pay increase.
What’s your evidence that the pay will not increase and be competitive with Utah?
The pay gap between Utah and BYU will never be the reason why Hill leaves for Utah. Unless the pay bump is for head coach it’s a moot point.
