He rotated off of both feet.
Right foot was the pivot. He changed and rotated on the left to get the shot off. Almost impossible to call that in real time. But you can’t change feet on a rotation like that.

This is where I may disagree with you. He takes a step with his right (1 step), then his left which becomes his pivot
