Nope, I acknowledged that there are challenges for this generation that
are not insignificant, while also trying to point out that there are also significant opportunities.

While I pointed out online education as one example, that isnt the only newer opportunity — the gig economy presents all sorts of options for both buyer and seller for example.

Another might be the opportunity to work with talented people in a different state, part of the country or world....I currently have team that work in other countries and never would have really envisioned that years ago.

Another....the much better life style that some can experience with work from home and the efficiency of doing that using zoom, teams, etc. Who would have dreamed 20 years ago that work from home would be a major thing, and pretty easy to do? Or in my case, I've been able to work from numerous countries while traveling with my wife and kids and had it have no negative impact.

While you seem to be more into the doom and gloom and apparently think the world, or at least the US is so bad, I'm much more moderated and believe that there are abundant opportunities....while I love most of my life I'd also be thrilled to be 25 years younger and be facing a world with all the technological advancements of today that make work easier, faster, location independent, more efficient, etc.
