You seem to have largely missed my point that there is QUALITY education and opportunity to start a business with much less risk than before.

You referenced Dalio and his video (I’ve got his book) but you’re essentially agreeing with me by pointing me to an online video….you’re saying it’s got value and I agree, similarly I said there are tons of videos online of value.

A guy can learn many of the basics of professions that are in need now - from plumber to AC repair to copywriter to Excel skills or lots of other things. Personally I just watched some videos earlier today on a topic I’m studying and learned new things I can quickly apply to my businesses…..I’ve also studied public speaking and options trading in the last year and gotten much better at both, all free.

You can dismiss it if you like but I disagree - there are a lot of free or very cheap ways to learn online that make starting a business or being attractive to an employer easier. It’s never going to be easy, but there are some advantages today that are incredible, just like some challenges, as you articulated. I look back and my college degree was essentially worthless and self education has been dramatically more important, and self education is available for most all of us now with just an internet connection.

I love and greatly benefit from the online education and/or education platforms….
