Maybe 15% initially but with a ton of opportunities to refinance. A lot of

Boomer wealth is from buying a home for 40K and then selling it for a million 45 years later. Has the quality of the home increased? No but because of it being a large gen as well as foreign and corporate buyers the price has skyrocketed locking younger people out of the market. We really aren't comparing apples and oranges here
