Most boomers don’t have pensions and the ones that do…

Civil servants, military are all open to all generations. When I bought my first house the interest rate was 16%. Bank savings rates were decent but buying a home at 16% really impacts purchasing power. Wanting relatively high savings rate of return AND historically low interest rates we’ve had for a very long time is not realistic.
