"making imperceptible" focuses on the *viewer*, not the changes to the movie
The statute doesn't say "making imperceptible changes" it just says "making imperceptible"......"of limited portions" of the content.

In other words, VidAngel/Clearplay can delete audio or a scene or part of a scene, ie, make imperceptible to the viewer, at the specific direction of the viewer.

"of limited portions of audio or video content" is the part of the statute that focuses on the extent of what VidAngel/Clearplay can do to the movie.

Also, there is a clarification near the bottom of subsection 11 that states that VidAngel/Clearplay cannot include *additional* content.

"For purposes of paragraph (11), the term “making imperceptible” does not include the addition of audio or video content that is performed or displayed over or in place of existing content in a motion picture."
