Excuses excuses excuses.
All I see is someone who can't ever talk about real PEOPLE as people instead of a number on paper. How about real player evaluation instead of coming up with excuses for why this team isn't performing how they SHOULD. It's all about numbers and names with you. Coaches find a way to get it done and don't make the excuses you make.
