He posted a link to a motion in support. Of course they are saying they

could win the case and there isn't anything definitive.

One of the similar cases was about "hooter hider" (nursing covers is the polite term) where people were getting sued and using officially licensed fabric and made the nursing covers out of them and selling it.

And likeness cases versus straight up TM infringement cases are different. We're talking about the players suing the maker, which they could do but don't care enough to pursue.
