Not 20 minutes ago I gave an example with 6 different factors showing how the likeness could be ripped off, and he is now focussing on an example where only 1 is present.
Despite this, please forgive him. To show you what you are working with he mentioned the o'bannon case as an example of players not being able to sue, even though the lead plaintiff in that case was Ed O'Bannon, who was a player.
