Are you really breaking down cyberpiracy and adwords precedent? That is some

heady stuff. Then I'm sure you know that as an aggregator and not a producer, your take on google's business being a misuse of trademarks is pretty funny. I appreciate the irony. Most guys on here won't pick that up, but you did a great job there.

If you advertise a figurine as Harvey Unga, and it looks like Harvey Unga, then you are attempting to profit off of that players likeness.

What "buying your number" has to do with anything is beyond me.
