From a business standpoint, but the original claim was that you are doing it in part to stand up for the little guy, it would seem to me that those are the situations where the little guys needs someone the most. Any competent attorney could settle or litigate an open and shut case, it is the ones that have merit, but come with a larger risk, that would prove the claim of it being a service to the public.
Now don't misunderstand, I would never say someone in business must put themselves at financial risk for someone else, I am just going off of the original claim that you are doing it in part as public service so to speak.
