Otoh, malpractice premiums are ridiculous. OBs routinely pay 6 figures a year in premiums. If tort reform would
bring that number down, then it is worth fighting for. But as you mentioned about Texas, changing things around doesn't mean it will have desired affect. Very frustrating.

I agree that they are most at risk. That said, I have talked to many and almost all of them have been sued for
