Health/Fitness question…I’m early 50s, every morning I wake up sore and
Stiff. Like it takes me an hour just walking around and moving around to just get all the joints fully functioning. I’m pretty active. I do cardio 4x week (incline walking on treadmill) I play hockey on a rec team once a week, usually golf 2 times a week, try to lift a couple times a week. is this just a function of ‘getting old’? Is there a regimen that any of you follow to increase flexibility or something to make waking up not so miserable. 🤷‍♂️ I’m not giving up Hockey or golf until I’m physically forced to. Treadmill is basically just cardiovascular training to make hockey easier. Any thoughts?
